SHIPPING 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

No, we only serve the customers who located in Singapore. Sorry for inconvenience caused.

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All orders are delivered through our designated carrier and will require a signature upon delivery. We will take 1-2 working days to process the order and deliver it to you right after.

WILL YOU BE CHARGED FOR TAXES?

No tax on the digital products in our store.

PAYMENT
HOW DO YOU PAY FOR YOUR ORDER?

FOTOSYNC accepts cash only in this current time. We apologise that we are unable to accept major credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Bill Me Later, C.O.D. or checks at this time.

For Standard Shipping: Cash on delivery.

For Store Pickup: The payment will be made when picking up the order in our local store.

WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU REQUIRE WHEN PICKING UP THE ORDER?

Please wait for notification before picking up your order. A SMS Collect Notice will be sent to you via email and local SMS gateway to confirm the date of collection. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for picking up your order.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition.
We will accept any return of full-priced and defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order. Refund will be made to your original mode of payment within 14 working days of the returned items being received. S$5.00 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 10~14 business days for us to process your return after we receive the items.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the Limited Warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period") and only in Singapore.

  2. The Limited Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the Equipment and is not transferable. Lost or damaged Warranty Cards will not be re-issued.

  3. The Warranty Card is invalid unless it is (a) endorsed with the company stamp of the authorised dealer; and (b) not defaced or altered.

  4. The original Warranty Card and purchase receipt must be presented at FotoSync’s request when requesting Limited Warranty services.

  5. The Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Loss or damage to Equipment arising from or in connection with (i) abuse, tampering modification and/or disassembling other than by authorised personnel; (ii) negligent use and/or misuse (including improper storage, exposure to moisture, excessive temperature, sand, dust, dirt, other pollution or other environmental conditions and failure to follow recommended precautions and operating instructions); (iii) fire, flood, lightning, strike or other acts of God; (iv) defective consumable items such as battery leakage; and (v) accidental damage.

  • Consumable items, accessories and optional items (eg. bulb/lamp, drum unit, print head, laser unit, battery, battery pack, battery charger, power adapter, cable, connector, software, CF/SD storage card, CD-ROM, ink/toner cartridge, ink sheet, feed roller, separation pad, AC adapter and carrying case).

  • Software supplied with the Equipment.

  • Lenses, Speedlite or Lens Adapter purchased with the Equipment, whether as part of a kit of otherwise.

  • Equipment with its serial number removed, defaced or altered.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF E-COUPON & E-VOUCHER

1. E-Coupon and E-Voucher can only be used at our online store.

2. Your use of E-Coupon or E-Voucher indicates your agreement to be bound by these E-Coupon and E-Voucher terms and conditions.

3. The use of the E-Coupon and E-Voucher may be restricted depending on certain items or amount, and such E-Coupon and E-Voucher cannot be used after the expiration of their respective expiry date. 

4. You are restricted to use one (1) E-Coupon or E-Voucher at one time per transaction and each code can be used for one (1) time only. If we reasonably believe that any E-Coupon or E-Voucher is being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any E-Coupon or E-Voucher and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. FotoSync reserves the rights to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances

5. E-coupon or promo code cannot be exchanged for cash. 

6. FotoSync is not responsible for any loss or damaged of the E-Coupon and E-Voucher.

7. FotoSync reserved the right to amend the terms & conditions or cancel any E-Coupon or E-Voucher at any time without prior notice.
